Toyota Aspen Grove Challenge Micro Division - The Little Course at Conner Lane July 23 & 24, 2011 Franklin, Tennessee (Located at Golf House Tennessee) Presented By: Tournament Information Invitations Invitations will be posted online by 7:00 pm CDT on Monday, July 18, 2011.  Each invitee MUST accept or decline their invitation by 12:00 pm CDT on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 or we will begin the process of filling the field with alternates. Acceptance of Invitation (Please read all "Tournament Information" below before accepting invitation) To accept an invitation: Due to limited availability of staff in the office on Tuesday morning we ask that you respond to the final rankings email with your acceptance or decline of the invitation. Please include the best phone number to call so we can contact you to finalize your acceptance into the championship. All age groups will play 18-holes each day. The 9-hole, Par 3 Executive Course was created as a learning facility for all ages. The Little Course at Conner Lane has hosted many of the state's top junior events during its 12-year existence. Fees Tournament Entry Fee:   $40.00  (Covers (4) 9-hole rounds, range balls, lunch after each round, and favor package) Spectator Lunch Fee:        $6.00      (See information below for a lunch menu) *There are NO spectator carts available at The Little Course at Conner Lane* During your acceptance of the invitation you will need to indicate what you will be purchasing for the tournament. At that time we will charge your credit card for the full amount in our office. No changes can be made after the acceptance of invitation and reservations for lunch. Tee times have been blocked from 1:00 pm - 3:50 pm on Friday, July 22nd. Please save the later tee times for those traveling from outside the Middle Tennessee area. If you wish to play a practice round on any other day, you must pay the posted rate. Please call The Little Course at Conner Lane at 615-790-0222 starting on Wednesday, July 20th to book a tee time. Be sure to identify yourself as an Aspen Grove Challenge contestant. Practice Facilities Range balls will be provided to the players on both Saturday and Sunday morning. Players will be responsible for range balls during the practice round and following the tournament rounds.  The only practice facilities available during the championship will be the practice putting green located adjacent to the Sara Lee Room and the driving range facility along Franklin Road. Any green located on The Little Course is not to be used for practice and if used the player is subject to penalty of disqualification. Registration All competitors MUST register with the Tournament Staff at the competition course on Friday, July 22md between 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm. During registration you will receive all the pertinent credentials for the tournament, including lunch tickets and your favor package. If a player is unable to register during this time, prior arrangements MUST be made with the TGA Junior Tour office. You can reach the office at 615-790-3336. * If you know you will not be able to attend the meal functions, we must know in order to get an accurate head count for the meals* Starting Times Starting times for Round 1 and Round 2 will be available at registration on Friday, July 22nd as well as posted online at www.tgajuniortour.com. Starting times for Round 3 and Round 4 will be available 1 hour after all play has finished on Saturday and will be posted online, e-mailed out to each contestant, and posted by the scoreboard outside the Sara Lee Room. Tournament Lunches Lunch will be provide for the players on both Saturday and Sunday. Lunch for the competitors is included in their event fee and guest are invited to join them for $6.00/each meal. RESERVATIONS FOR LUNCH MUST BE MADE WHEN PLAYERS ACCEPT THEIR INVITATIONS. Only players and caddies will be allowed on the golf course.* Parking Due to the limited number of parking spaces at Golf House Tennessee, we ask that all spectators park in the Vanderbilt Legends Club parking lot during the championship.
