Tournament Information
Invitations will be posted online by 7:00 pm CDT on Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Each invitee MUST accept or decline their invitation by 5:00 pm CDT on Thursday, July 21, 2011 or we will begin the process of filling the field with alternates.
Acceptance of Invitation (Please read all "Tournament Information" below before accepting invitation)
To accept an invitation:
Due to limited availability of staff in the office on Wednesday morning we ask that you respond to the final rankings email with your acceptance or decline of the invitation. Please include the best phone number to call so we can contact you to finalize your acceptance into the championship.
Decline Invitation or Withdrawal from Championship
If you know that you will not be able to attend the Tournament of Champions or have to withdraw during the Championship please call or e-mail immediately. We want to get as full a field as possible and need your cooperation to make that happen.

The following are the estimated tees and yardages that each division will be playing from during the championship:
Boys 16-18 Masters: Blue Tee Markers (6,587 yards)
Boys 14-15 Masters: Blue Tee Markers (6,587 yards)
Boys 12-13 Masters: Black Tee Markers (6,000 yards)
Girls 15-18 Masters: White Tee Markers (5,780 yards)
Girls 12-14 Masters: Red Tee Markers (5,200 yards)
Fees
Tournament Entry Fee: $95.00 (Cover 3 rounds of golf, lunch after each round, and favor package)
Spectator Carts: $40.00 per cart/per day (No half carts rented)

**Awards presentation (TOC Awards/Player of the Year) will follow completion of play in each age group**
Practice Rounds
Practice Rounds on July 25th are provided for the competitors only. Friends and family will NOT be allowed to play with the competitor. Tee times have been blocked off between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm and the Jr. Tour office will be assigning those times for the players, DO NOT call The Golf Club. We will post and email out your practice round tee times on Friday, July 22nd by 12:00 pm CDT.

Registration
All competitors MUST register with the Tournament Staff at The Golf Club of TN on Monday, July 25th. Registration will take place from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm on the back porch of the clubhouse. At that time you will receive all the pertinent credentials for the tournament, including spectator cart tickets that you choose to purchase during you acceptance of the invitation.
If a player is unable to register during this time, prior arrangements MUST be made with the Junior Tour office. You can reach our office at (615) 790-3336.
Starting Times
Starting times for Round 1 will be available Monday at registration as well as posted on our website at www.tgajuniortour.com on Friday, July 22nd at 5:00 pm CDT. Starting times for Round 2 will be available one hour after all play has finished on Tuesday and will be posted online, e-mailed out to each contestant, and posted on the scoreboard at The Golf Club of TN.
Food and Beverage
Lunch will be provided for the players during or after the first and second rounds of play. Parents are welcome to join their children for lunch and a cash bar will be set-up to accept payment.
All other food and beverage at The Golf Club of TN will be available for purchase by cash only. Please be prepared before you arrive on site.
There will be complimentary powerade and water on the course for the contestants throughout the week.

Spectators
Specatators are invited to attend the 2011 Toyota Tournament of Champions. Please be aware of all spectator policies and adhere to the TGA Junior Tour Spectator Code of Conduct at all times. Each specatator will be asked to sign in near the first tee and put on a spectator wristband as stated in our policies. Those that have the red spectator wristbands will be still be asked to sign in, but will not be required to put on a paper band.
Specatators will be allowed to rent carts from the golf course. The current rate for a spectator cart is $40.00 per cart/per day. Please indicate during the invitation acceptance whether you will be renting a spectator cart during the championship.
We ask that spectators keep the carts on cart paths at all times and abide by all Spectator Cart Guidelines. Players may not ride in a spectator cart at any time during the championship. Breach of this rule could result in a penalty against the player.
