Invitations will be posted online by 5:00 PM CDT on Saturday, July 12, 2014. Each invitee MUST accept or decline their invitation by 10:00 AM CDT on Monday, July 14, 2014 or we will begin the process of filling the field with alternates.
Acceptance of Invitation (Please read all "Tournament Information" below before accepting invitation)
To accept an invitation (please accept in one of the following manners):
- E-Mail: Send your acceptance to firstname.lastname@example.org starting Saturday evening, July 12th after the invitees have been posted online. Please include how many additional lunches (player and caddie included in tournament fee) you would like to purchase for Saturday and Sunday (see "Lunch" section below). Also, please indicate if you would like us to charge the tournament fee (see below) to your credit card on file through our BlueGolf software or if you will be bringing a check or cash to registration. If you would like for us to charge your credit card, please include the last four (4) digits of the card number and the 3-digit number on the back of that card so we can process it through the system. If you do not have a credit card on file or need to use a different credit card please indicate the best phone number to call so we can contact you to finalize your acceptance into the championship.
- Call the TGA Jr. Tour Office: To accept over the phone, you can call our office starting Monday morning, July 14th at 8:00 AM CDT. Only Lissa Bradford will be in that morning as it is a busy day on the Tour for us, so if you are not able to get a hold of anyone, leave a message with your acceptance and we will get back to you as quick as we can.
Decline Invitation or Withdrawal from Championship
If you know that you will not be able to attend the Aspen Grove Challenge or have to withdraw during the Championship please call or e-mail immediately. We want to get as full a field as possible and need your cooperation to make that happen.

The Micro division will play the Aspen Grove Challenge on the Executive Course at Smyrna Municipal GC in Smyrna (south of Nashville). All age groups will play two, 9-hole rounds each day.
The following are the tee markers each division will be playing from during the Championship:
Boys 10-11 Micro: Green Tee Markers (1,507 Yards)
Boys 8-9 Micro: Green Tee Markers (1,507 Yards)
Girls 8-11 Micro: Yellow Tee Markers (1,291 Yards)
Tournament Entry Fee: $75.00 (Covers practice round, four 9-hole tournament rounds, range balls, access to player/caddie hospitality, and favor package)

One 9-hole practice round on Friday, July 19th will provided for the competitors. Please contact the Smyrna Municipal GC Pro Shop (615.459.2666) starting Monday, July 14th to schedule a time. Be sure to identify yourself as an Aspen Grove Challenge contestant.
Range balls will be provided on both Saturday and Sunday morning. Players will be responsible for range balls during the practice round and following the tournament rounds. There will be a section of the range roped off with signs indicating the area is for Aspen Grove Challenge participants only.
All competitors MUST register with the Tournament Staff at the competition course on Friday, July 19th between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm. During registration you will receive all the pertinent credentials for the tournament, including your favor package.
If a player is unable to register during this time, prior arrangements MUST be made with the TGA Junior Tour office. You can reach the office at 615-790-3336.
Starting times for Round 1 and Round 2 will be available at registration on Friday, July 18th as well as posted online at www.tgajuniortour.com.
Starting times for Round 3 and Round 4 will be available 1 hour after all play has finished on Saturday and will be posted online, e-mailed out to each contestant, and posted by the main scoreboard.
We will provide lunch on both Saturday and Sunday for all players and their caddies. Below is the menu for each day. If spectators would like to purchase lunch as well, they will need to indicate during acceptance how many additional lunches they will need. Each additional lunch will be $6.00 per person:
Saturday: Local BBQ - Pulled Pork, Baked Beans, Coleslaw, Iced Tea, Lemonade
Sunday: Local Pizza - Selection of various kinds of pizza, Iced Tea, Lemonade
On-Course Hospitality/Live Scoring
We will have a few hospitality stations located throughout the golf course. These areas will have drinks and snacks for the players and their caddies. We will also have a live scoring area near hole 4 green and hole 7 green. We will ask the players their scores on the previous holes they have played and we will have a 40" monitor displaying the leaderboards for each division.

Spectators are encouraged to attend the 2014 Aspen Grove Challenge. Please be aware of all spectator policies under our "Policies" section on www.tgajuniortour.com.
ALL spectators must follow the TGA Junior Tour Dress Code and may be asked to leave if attire does not correspond.
